PROCYON 1965 Pearson Alberg 35 A thing of beauty!

This Alberg 35 is a blue ocean boat built in 1965 in Bristol Rhode Island by Pearson.

Procyon is currently at her mooring in Oyster Bay.

She has been lovingly restored and upgraded.

In 2009 she got a new diesel, steering, autohelm.

She then moved Fromm Marth'a Vineyard to Oyster bay in 2014 at which point the interior was repainted white, the head replaced, all new plumbing and running rigging.

In 2016 Oyster Bay Marine Center installed a new wench and anchor with 100ft of chain.

Since then we have mainly sailed her around Oyster Bay with a few short trips to Mystic and Block Island.

Her Yanmar 3YM 30 hp is well maintained with regular maintenance and less than 800hrs.

Her sails are in great shape.
